House of Hens choose to use PayPal (see www.paypal.com.au) to process ONline orders because of the ease-of-use, safety and convenience.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a global online payment system. PayPal is a secure way to send and receive money online with or without entering a credit card number. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.
Why should I use PayPal?
PayPal lets anyone with an e-mail address securely send online payments without a credit card. Personal accounts are free.
Is PayPal secure?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. The recipient (House of Hens) does not see your credit card or bank account number.
What information is exchanged between House of Hens and PayPal?
Your privacy is very important to us. We only share with PayPal the minimum information necessary to process and ship your order. View our privacy policy
Does it cost money to sign up for PayPal?
No. Opening a PayPal account is free. Personal accounts can send and receive money for free.
If I already have a PayPal account, do I have to sign up again to use it at HouseofHens.com.au?
No, there's no need to register again. When you check out, choose Check Out with PayPal. You'll be taken to the PayPal login page. Log in as usual, then you'll be returned to HouseofHens.com.au to finish checking out.
What information is required to open a personal PayPal account?
To open a personal PayPal account, you must provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. To make payments using PayPal, you must provide a credit card or debit card number or bank account information. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and Diners Club cards with the MasterCard logo for this purpose.
If I choose to pay for this order through PayPal, will I have to pay for all future transactions that way?
No, you have the option of choosing PayPal or another payment method for each order.
What if I don't want to use PayPal?
You can order offline - see Place an Order page. However, it takes longer to process offline orders so we recommend you use PayPal.
Can I use PayPal for all orders on HouseofHens.com.au?
Yes, all House of Hens bags have the option to order online using PayPal.
Who do I contact if I have a question about a product I purchased on HouseofHens.com.au and paid for using PayPal?
Please email House of Hens customer service (admin@houseofhens.com.au) with any questions regarding items you have purchased on HouseofHens.com.au, regardless of the payment method you used. For questions about billing for your PayPal purchases on HouseofHens.com.au, please contact PayPal.
If I have paid for a HouseofHens purchase online with PayPal and need to return the item, can I get a refund from House of Hens?

If I already have a PayPal account, will my HouseofHens.com.au order be shipped to the address stored on PayPal, or can I choose to have it shipped to a different address during checkout?
You may have your order shipped to any Australian address. PayPal is simply a payment option you may choose instead of credit or debit cards.
When you choose PayPal as your payment option, you will be taken to the PayPal site to enter your payment information only. You will then automatically come back to HouseofHens.com.au to enter your shipping information, exactly as you would if paying by another method.
